As a Telephone Operator, you will provide highly polished customer service, have impeccable listening and multitasking skills, solve problems quickly, and have a genuine desire to ensure the best outcome for our guests. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from both in‐house and external guests.
* Log and follow up on guests' requests with the appropriate departments.
* Direct calls to guest rooms, departments, or key stakeholders of the business.
* Place outgoing calls when required.
* Provide information about hotel services to guests.
* Know what action to take when an emergency call is required.
* Effectively communicate and liaise with associates at all levels, understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
