About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dental Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support our clinicians by producing high-quality fixed restorations using modern materials, digital workflows, and state-of-the-art equipment.
This role requires anyone from new grad to minimal experience (18 months expectance), strong technical abilities, and a commitment to precision, teamwork, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Fabrication, finishing, and adjustment of high-quality fixed restorations, including:
o Zirconia
o e.max (lithium disilicate)
o Implant-supported crowns
o Veneers
· Minimal denture work
· Provision of fluoride therapy
· Administering local anaesthesia by infiltration and mandibular nerve block
· Processing and managing intraoral digital scans
· Operating milling units, 3D printers, and other digital laboratory equipment
· Taking, pouring, and processing traditional dental impressions, as well as managing intraoral digital scans
· Basic inventory management and organisation of laboratory materials and supplies
· Preparing models, verifying margins, ensuring accurate contacts and occlusion, and conducting final quality checks before delivery
· Working collaboratively with dentists to refine aesthetics, fit, and functional outcomes
· Adhering to all safety, infection control, and industry compliance standards
Requirements
· Relevant qualification required
· Minimum 12 months experience as a Dental Technician
· Demonstrated experience in:
o Zirconia, e.max, implant crowns, veneers
o Scanning and 3D printing workflows
· Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
· Confidence working with digital dentistry systems (experience with Exocad or 3Shape is desirable but not required)
· Intermediate English communication skills or higher
· Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to collaborate within a team
· Availability to work full-time onsite at the clinic
Salary
Annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000 - depending on qualification and experiences
