Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Maker to join our client\'s team in Lilydale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and installing high-quality cabinetry and joinery products for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Manufacture cabinetry, furniture, and joinery items using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and board materials with precision.
- Conduct in office installations, including kitchens, wardrobes, and custom joinery.
- Ensure high attention to detail, quality finishes, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain workshop equipment and keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Cabinet Maker (Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent).
- Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery, or similar woodworking roles.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with woodworking machinery, tools, and finishing techniques.
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory).
- White Card (advantageous but not essential).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
