Bundaberg Walkers Engineering Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to support and grow its sugar industry operations in Australia and overseas.
Skills and experience required:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in the sugar industry
* Thorough understanding of sugar milling processes and equipment
* Demonstrated experience in business development, client liaison and contract negotiation
* Proven ability to prepare tenders, proposals and commercial quotations
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Willingness and ability to undertake domestic and international travel
* Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
