Your Role
Regional Project Management Lead
As Regional Project Management Lead, you'll own the operations, performance, and growth of our Cairns office and surrounding regions. This is a hands‐on leadership role blending strategic oversight, business management, client engagement, and technical project delivery.
You'll
* Lead day-to-day operations and P&L performance of the Cairns office
* Build, mentor, and allocate a high‐performing team
* Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships
* Drive project delivery with technical excellence and accountability
* Act as the key communication lead across clients, stakeholders, and leadership
* Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and fee recovery
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company systems
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, construction management is ideal however other qualifications and experience will be considered
* Proven experience in client‐side project management with public sector experience highly regarded
* Demonstrated leadership experience with P&L responsibility
* Strong business development and client relationship skills
* Technical expertise with the ability to oversee diverse projects
* Commercial acumen including contracts, risk, and financial management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
