About the Role
As a Site Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role across site coordination, documentation, quality assurance, and technical support. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key project components while working closely with experienced supervisors and project managers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assisting in planning and coordinating daily site activities.
* Monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
* Supporting cost tracking, variations, procurement, and material take-offs.
* Liaising with subcontractors and consultants to ensure clarity and smooth workflow.
* Attending site meetings and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
* Providing technical input and assisting in delivering high-quality project outcomes.
About You
You're driven, eager to learn, and passionate about building a long-term career in commercial construction. Ideally, you bring:
* A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
* 1–3 years' experience as a Site Engineer or Cadet (or relevant placement experience).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships on site.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Solid organisational and time management skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
