Stone Factory Labourer Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our stone benchtop manufacturing team. This role is focused on preparing stone slabs for upcoming deliveries.
You'll be working in a factory environment using overhead cranes and A-frames to move slabs safely and efficiently.
Duties:
* Pick and prepare stone slabs for next-day deliveries
* Safely operate overhead cranes and handle slabs using A-frames
* Load and secure slabs with care to avoid damage
* Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
* Assist with general factory duties as required
Requirements:
* Experience in a factory or stone industry is highly regarded
* Comfortable with physical work and handling heavy materials
* Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently
* Full-time availability for the evening shift (starting at 3:30 PM)
