The Role Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator to join our Newman workshop team.
Working on an 8/6 roster (8 days on, 6 days off; 8 nights, 6 days off), as a Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator you will be responsible for:Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competentWorking with our Planning Department to mobilise and demobilise tooling & equipment to siteProviding transport of our FIFO employeesRaising and closing of work ordersAnswering telephone, emails and responding to enquiries from internal and external sourcesEnsuring all maintenance on equipment is up to dateStocktakes of consumables and maintenance of all records & logsCoordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries About You To be considered you will hold the following:A current Australian Drivers LicenceForklift ticket - desirable or willing to obtainSolid understanding of how a workshop depot functionsExperience in using inventory systems (ERP and Apple IOS iPads)Enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environmentIntermediate MS Office skillsAustralian work rightsAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screensBe a Newman resident In Return Competitive remuneration with a fortnightly pay cycleCareer development.
