A well-established, award-winning builder/developer is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their team on the Sunshine Coast.
This business operates as a fully integrated developer and builder, delivering premium apartment and multi-residential projects. The Position
This role will see you working on a high-rise residential project based on the Sunshine Coast, supporting the commercial delivery from start through to completion.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take the lead on key commercial responsibilities including procurement, cost control, contractual compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
* Run subcontractor and supplier procurement aligned to the construction program
* Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and commercial opportunities
* Assess, negotiate and process variations, CVs, and HCVs
* Manage project cash flow and prepare head contract progress claims
* Control commitments, order entries, and expenditure against approved budgets
* Review and certify progress claims and invoices
* Maintain accurate monthly payment schedules and reporting
* Ensure all works align with scope, contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
* Implement and maintain procurement and financial control processes across the project
What You'll Bring
* Strong track record as a Senior Contract Administrator +
* Proven experience delivering high-rise and/or complex multi-residential builds
* End-to-end commercial capability including procurement, subcontract negotiation, claims, variations, forecasting, cost reporting, and final account close-out
* Solid understanding of design coordination, project planning, and procurement strategy
* Procore experience (highly regarded)
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
* Commercially sharp, proactive, and solutions driven
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
Systems & Tools
Procore, Microsoft Projects, and the Google platform (email, documentation, collaboration).
