Job Description
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts.
* Drive sales growth by implementing effective account strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
* Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support the development of new business opportunities within the retail sector.
A Successful National Key Account Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in account management or sales within the retail industry.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyse data and create actionable strategies.
