What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles, with a strong focus on the on our government and public sector customers. This will range from senior and technical roles through to fast paced contract works.
- Source and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, and proactive outreach to engage high-quality candidates for specialised roles.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, providing expert advice on market trends, hiring strategies, and industry demands.
- Drive business development through cold calling, industry networking, and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with compliance standards and industry regulations.
What will you need?
- Experience within public sector or government recruitment, with a strong understanding of the continuous improvement space and the variety of roles within it.
- A natural networker, confident in making introductions and building long-term relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset, comfortable with cold calling and business development to generate new opportunities.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
