Retail Operations Manager
Manage and operate shopping centres to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Implement the operational strategy as outlined in the Management Agreement.
* Prepare, analyse and present income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, recoveries and forecasts for review by senior management.
* Communicate key business initiatives and asset/plans to the operations team.
* Support leasing negotiations and prepare Leasing Documentation/Disclosure Packages.
* Conduct regular site inspections and provide Property Inspection reports.
* Previous retail property management experience is essential.
* Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License is mandatory.
* A degree in Property, Business, Management or a related field would be highly advantageous.
* Excellent reporting, analytical and Microsoft Office skills are required.
