About The Client

The Role
We are seeking a detail‐driven SimPRO Administrator to join our operations team in Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys problem‐solving, and takes pride in maintaining smooth workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
* Managing job creation, allocation, and workflow within Simpro
* Scheduling field technicians efficiently across reactive, planned, and project works
* Updating job statuses, notes, compliance documents, and client communications
* Monitoring SLAs, service windows, and job priorities
* Assisting with procurement, quotes, invoicing inputs, and reporting
* Supporting Operations and Project Managers with day‐to‐day coordination needs
* Ensuring accuracy of data, labour entries, and asset records
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years proven experience with SimPRO or similar CRM platforms (administration, scheduling and reporting)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
* Experience in trades, electrical, HVAC, fire, or facilities industries (highly regarded)
