Cafe Duty Manager Role
As a seasoned operations leader, you will guide your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in a fast-paced airport cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement daily operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing coaching and development opportunities for team members
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Assist with hands-on tasks, including barista work and dishwashing as needed
Requirements:
* Valid RSA and driver's licence, plus own vehicle for on-site travel
* Food Safety Supervisor certification (desired)
* Barista or bartending experience preferred
* Flexibility to work public holidays, weekends, and afternoon/evening shifts
