Role Overview
The Senior Risk & Compliance Assurance Manager will oversee the independent review, validation and monitoring of Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CTF) and Safer Gambling frameworks across Australian and UK operations.
* Ensure that key control processes operate effectively and identify material risks for proactive management.
* Deliver ongoing monitoring and assurance reviews, providing expert advice and reporting findings to senior management.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations in Australia and the UK;
* Experience in risk management and compliance assurance;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
