Residential Carpenter Wanted
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled All-Round Carpenter to join our residential construction team. As an experienced carpenter, you will perform first and second fix carpentry tasks, as well as maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing first and second fix carpentry tasks including door and window installation, skirting, architraves and other general joinery tasks
* Maintenance and repairs on residential properties including fault finding and rectification of defects
* Working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential carpentry with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations
* Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
* Ability to work safely and efficiently
* Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
