About the Role
We are expanding our team and seeking motivated professionals to join as Investment Property Consultants. This role is primarily remote, with the option to work from our Melbourne office. You will also attend property inspections and occasionally travel interstate for site visits and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable residential properties and land (both on and off-market).
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence to assess investment potential.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Share market insights and acquisition opportunities with internal teams.
- Coordinate with solicitors, inspectors, and councils for compliance and reporting.
- Present acquisition recommendations based on data and analysis.
Skills & Experience
- Must be based in Australia.
- Strong interest in property, investment, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and report writing abilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable.
- Previous experience in acquisitions, property research, or real estate is desirable.
