Project Scope
Lead and manage multiple premium residential landscape projects.
Core Responsibilities
* Oversee budgets from $0k to $500k (majority $150k–$300k); site visits, client & builder communication, quality control & variations.
* Work closely with experienced teams (no programming); ensure quality, safety, timelines & client satisfaction every step of the way.

Lead the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects under the general manager.
Core Responsibilities
* Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability.
* Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to supervisor handover.
* Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission.
* Conduct take‑offs and measure plans.
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and builders.
* Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information.
* Procure key items.
