Civil Engineering Opportunities
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled civil engineer to join our team in the Wagga Wagga or Albury Wodonga area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the construction phase of the Defence Riverina Project, including attending site inspections and providing inspection reports.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend civil engineering site inspections at the three defence bases as required;
* Provide inspection reports and collate associated evidence such as site photos;
* Communicate with the existing project design team to resolve any discrepancies;
* Liaise with local authorities and Council as required;
* Work collaboratively with other local consultants and WSP designers to ensure project delivery.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil Engineering;
* Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable);
* Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation;
* Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects;
* High-level expertise in project management, client-facing skills, and account/relationship management.
