Claims Officer, Worker Services
Coal Services is looking for a Claims Officer to support the Worker Services team on full‐time, fixed‐term contracts until 16/10/2026.
As a Claims Officer with Coal Mines Insurance (CMI), you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of claims‐related administration and customer‐service activities.
Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely payment of accounts
* Registration of claims and early notifications
* Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management
* Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner
* Active participation in ongoing projects under management
About you
* Business Administration Certificate (essential)
* Strong computer skills especially with Adobe and Microsoft Office
* Team player with a focus on customer service excellence
* Professional phone manner with clear verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to learning
* Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
