**The Role**
- **Full time permanent role - must have flexibility to work weekends (38hrs per week/5 days)**:
- **Location based in Perth**:
- **Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager**:
- **Requires valid working rights in Australia**:
- **$think 70k - $80k + super (based on experience/negotiable)**
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing and leading the housekeeping team at one of our hotels in Perth, WA.
You will have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
**Key Position Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that your team is cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms and hotel public areas to our highest standards.
- Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
- Manage hiring, rostering and performance of employees.
- Train and mentor your team.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
- Set and adhere to budget controls.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure that the hotel is presented well.
