Sydney | Design-Led Studio | Permanent Role
I'm currently partnering with a highly respected, design-driven Sydney architecture practice with an established reputation for delivering thoughtful, contemporary architecture across mixed-use, multi-residential and commercial sectors.
With a strong pipeline of beautifully considered projects and continued growth across the studio, they're now looking to appoint a Senior Architect with a genuine passion for design leadership.
The Opportunity You'll play a key role in:
* Leading projects through concept and design development
* Driving architectural narrative and design quality
* Presenting to clients and key stakeholders
* Collaborating closely with Directors on major commissions
* Mentoring emerging designers within the studio
* Contributing to competitions and strategic pursuits
You'll have influence, autonomy and a seat at the table from day one.
About You :
* ARB registered Architect (or equivalent)
* 8+years of post-grad experience here in Australia
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design-led project experience
* Experience across multi-residential, mixed-use or complex urban projects
* Confidence in client presentations and design workshops
* Strong conceptual and spatial thinking ability
* Revit proficiency preferred
This role would suit someone currently operating as a Senior Architect or an experienced Project Architect with a strong design portfolio ready to step up.
