This role is ideal for someone looking to start or develop a career in aged care while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive residential setting. As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you will assist in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living needs while working closely with nurses, allied health professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team.
