As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a Data Scientist to help us turn data into decisions and build practical, predictive solutions.
About The Role
As the Data Scientist, you'll analyse data, build and test predictive models, and help shape data-driven products. This role is great fit for an early-career professional (or strong graduate) who's curious, hands-on, and keen to grow in ML/AI and advanced analytics under the guidance of senior team members.
In this role you will be responsible for
* Collecting, cleaning and preparing datasets for analysis and modelling.
* Supporting development, testing and deployment of predictive models/analytical solutions.
* Exploring data to find trends, patterns and opportunities.
* Creating clear visualisations and reports to communicate insights.
* Translating business needs into analytical tasks with cross-functional teams.
* Contributing to documentation, model monitoring and continuous improvement.
* Researching emerging tools/techniques in data science, ML and AI.
* Participating in code reviews, knowledge sharing and team learning.
* Engaging in focused R&D periods as project demands require.
* Working autonomously on assigned projects and seeking guidance when needed.
* Prototyping new algorithms or data-driven product ideas.
About You
You're curious, analytical and practical. You enjoy asking "why" and "how," love learning, and take pride in clear, reliable work that moves the business forward.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong interest in ML/AI and predictive modelling; committed to continuous learning.
* Solid programming foundation (preferably Python); familiarity with ML libs (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Data manipulation experience (e.g., pandas); basic SQL (Snowflake exposure a plus).
* Ability to build clear visualisations (e.g., Matplotlib/Seaborn, or Tableau/Power BI/GoodData).
* Version control fundamentals (Git).
* Problem-solving mindset; comfortable with large datasets/big-data challenges.
* Nice to have: knowledge of statistics/model tuning; experience in dashboards or BI.
* Experience level: early-career/graduate welcome; 1–3+ years
