This is a
rare opportunity
to take on a role that is an integral part of David's team. Working with David's existing Business Manager, your role will be assisting David's business administrative requirements. This is a fast-paced team that requires a
superstar
who can juggle multiple priorities at once with outstanding attention to detail, whilst maintaining a professional and mature approach to his prestigious client base.
This is a part time position that requires Monday to Friday with reduced hours
How You Will Assist David Malouf
* Efficiently actioning all support requirements
* Diary organisation and scheduling
* Managing compliance
* Coordinating marketing, including photoshoots, styling, floorplans and advertising
* Greeting David's clients setting up meetings and developing presentations
* Ensure excellent standards of customer service both face to face and on the phone
* Extensive reporting and data entry
* Create gift boxes and marketing collateral
* Arrange all mail and marketing paraphernalia
* Liaise with the marketing team on advertising property campaigns
* Set up for auction nights
* Ability to manage high pressure and time-sensitive situations to help David get results
* Communicate any needs of the team to management/marketing/finance if necessary
* External liaison with solicitors and conveyances to chase legal docs
* Answering telephone calls and managing client's expectations on behalf of David in a professional manner at all times
* Take all inquiries and direct any messages in a timely and efficient manner
* Opportunity to enhance your skills and develop your knowledge across a wide range of systems and processes
* Attend weekly sales and team meetings
In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities:
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills
* Extensive administration experience within the Real Estate industry is required, as either an EA or Business Manager
* Flawless communication skills - both verbal and written
* Excellent organisational and prioritising abilities
* Must be firm but friendly, to manage the team's expectations
* A Certificate of Registration as a minimum is a must
