* Advising leaders and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, development, and off‑boarding
* Managing hiring, job change, and termination processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all lifecycle actions
* Supporting training, development, and diversity initiatives, including attending career fairs, coordinating trainee recruitment, and managing work‑experience applications and related community activities
* Managing progress trackers related to recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities
* Preparing and analysing data to support business decisions and fulfill client reporting requirements
* Managing the HR and Recruitment shared inboxes, ensuring timely professional communication
* Collaborating with People & Culture Business Partners on key HR projects and initiatives
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with a strong recruitment background who has hands‑on experience across the full hiring and onboarding process and confidence stepping into broader HR processes.
To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment, especially transactional processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee data management
* Knowledge of the National Employment Standards (NES) and a basic understanding of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements
* Proficiency with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) and strong troubleshooting/problem‑solving skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality documentation, correspondence, and reports
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and confident in decision‑making
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with influence, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Creative flair and out‑of‑the‑box thinking for attracting, engaging, and supporting people
* Analytical capability to collect and interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
* Flexibility to travel to our operations across Australia as required
