**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their homes and communities to live safely, independently, and with dignity. This is a varied and meaningful role with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and enhancing quality of life.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Assisting with household tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and general domestic duties
- Encouraging and facilitating community participation and social engagement
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy home workplace
- Delivering support aligned with individual care plans
**About You**:
You are a reliable, caring, and empathetic individual who is genuinely passionate about supporting others. You understand the importance of person-centered care and are committed to respecting each client’s unique needs and goals.
**You’ll Bring**:
- Previous experience in community support (highly regarded)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
- Relevant qualifications and checks (e.g., Cert III Aged/Individual Support, First Aid, CPR, Driver’s License)
