The Opportunity – Client Services Manager (Karratha)
We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Client Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality disability services in Karratha. This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll support a large and talented local team and be a key contributor to EPIC's broader strategic goals.
You'll oversee the delivery of person-centred services, ensure compliance with NDIS and quality standards, and work closely with families, stakeholders, and the community. You'll also be supported to maintain a genuine connection with service delivery by occasionally engaging in direct support with participants.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supporting a dedicated team of around 50 staff (direct and indirect reports)
Managing referrals, service onboarding, transitions and exits
Delivering services aligned with EPIC's quality frameworks and the NDIS
Authorising NDIS quotes and overseeing participant funding plans
Overseeing the Support Coordinator team and ensuring effective coordination of supports for participants
Building positive relationships with clients, families, and external partners
Handling informal complaints with care and professionalism
Supporting and developing team members through clear performance goals and reviews
Reporting on outcomes that align with EPIC's Strategic Plan
Collaborating across the management team to strengthen EPIC's impact in the Pilbara
Providing direct participant support approximately once per month
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
A Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability or Management
Minimum 3 years' experience in the disability or community sector
At least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong understanding of the NDIS and quality standards
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
A collaborative, culturally aware and person-centred approach
The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a similar Disability Services Manager role
