With showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, WOODCUT supplies its design driven product range Australia-wide.
**About the role**: This person is responsible for the management of the WOODCUT NSW showroom which includes being responsible for the overall sales, operations and day to day running of the showroom. They are also responsible for ensuring that the Showroom Consultant/s achieve their KPI's, as set by the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contributing a large portion to the sales within the showroom
- Creating and analysing CRM generated reports and coming up with new ideas on increasing efficiency and performance within the showroom
- Maintaining the showroom and ensuring it is in a suitable condition for a luxury product showroom
- Providing hospitality to clients within the showroom
- Managing the roster and absences for the showroom
- Generating an efficient follow-up system for aftercare sales
- Ensuring all CRM related admin tasks are up to date
- Ensuring all head office related admin tasks relating to the showroom are up to date
- Ensure Showroom Consultant/s achieve their KPI's
- At least 3 years experience in a Retail Manager position;
- A hands-on sales and management attitude;
- Availability to work Saturdays;
- Experience preparing reports, analysing trends and making strategic recommendations;
- Robust operational understanding from a sales or marketing persons perspective;
- Proven success in working in a fast-paced environment and working to tight deadlines;
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-orientated solutions to problems.
