We are seeking an exceptional individual to deliver excellent customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.


Key Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations to new and expectant parents.
* Product Demonstration: Educate customers on product features and benefits, ensuring informed purchasing decisions.
* Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure a well-presented store environment.

Requirements:

* Prior Customer Service Experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* High standards in customer service and store presentation.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
