What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
In your 4-hour shift (or more if you like), you’ll be doing a variety of tasks such as:
Welcoming and engaging customers.
Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments.
Sorting and pricing donations.
Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers.
Keeping the shop clean and tidy.
Following all shop processes.
What skills do you need?
Friendly and positive attitude.
Sociable and engaging with others.
Happy to work as part of a team.
Flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks.
Commitment to your nominated shift.

You must be at least 15 years old (QLD – 16+).
Completion of a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross).
Complete an induction into our organisation and Retail program.
