Senior Human Resources Business Partner (full‑time, mid‑senior level)
Job Overview
Reporting to our Chief People Officer, this senior role is part of a dynamic HR team, leading solutions‑based, strategic and operational support and advice. As an ‘all‑rounder’, you will move from the strategic to the tactical and roll up your sleeves to get things done, including working on strategic initiatives.
A coach to our senior leaders, this role covers the full spectrum of HR – we don’t have COEs – from employee relations, remuneration and benefits, engagement, organisational design, leadership development to DEI. Working directly with the executive, you will solve real business problems that have meaningful impact.
Responsibilities & Expectations
• Champion all‑inclusive, high‑performance HR practices across the organisation
• Provide strategic HR advice to leaders and teams, including on organisational design, culture and DEI initiatives
• Lead employee relations, benefits, and engagement programs
• Advise and coach senior leaders on people matters, including talent development and succession planning
• Own and drive HR metrics, reporting, and compliance
• Partner with the finance team to align HR initiatives with business strategy
• Manage day‑to‑day HR challenges with resilience, pragmatism, and commercial acumen
Qualifications
• Mid‑senior level HR experience with a broad skill set across employee relations and organisational development
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
