Workforce Coordinator
Roster coordination is a critical function that requires effective planning and execution to deliver quality care to residents while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.
* Managing Shift Changes: Handle requests for shift changes, leave or time off and find suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
* Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work.
* Coordination with Management: Collaborate with facility management to align staffing needs with operational requirements and optimize workforce management.
Requirements:
* Ability to manage rosters and team member allocations.
* Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
* Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
