The ideal candidate will have a minimum three years of experience in an accounting firm focused on partnership federal and state tax compliance, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, and demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and experience with MS Office applications and third-party tax reporting software programs.
You will provide tax consulting and compliance services to operating partnerships for a variety of clients including Fortune 100 companies, private equity portfolio companies, and family offices. Responsibilities include reviewing and providing quality control on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other events throughout the partnership lifecycle. Additionally, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing standard technology and processes while applying tax technical knowledge to client facts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tax consulting and compliance services to operating partnerships.
* Review and provide quality control on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other events throughout the partnership lifecycle.
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing standard technology and processes while applying tax technical knowledge to client facts.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, contributing to the development of current tax practices, new technologies, and tools used in client service delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of recent experience in an accounting firm focused on partnership federal and state tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and experience with MS Office applications and third-party tax reporting software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information.
