You will: Manage day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective Lead, mentor and coordinate administrative and support staff Work closely with the leadership team to identify gaps and implement solutions Drive process improvements that enhance both team performance and client experience Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development Manage operational budgets and contribute to business growth strategies Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures ABOUT YOU This role suits someone ready to step up — not someone who needs hand-holding.
