About The Role
* Act as the first point of contact for governance and project-related matters, including monitoring shared mailboxes and responding to or triaging enquiries.
* Coordinate governance meetings and related logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, Teams links, audio-visual requirements, attendee management and proxy arrangements.
* Manage record management activities for governance forums, including creation of electronic folders, uploading and version control of papers, and tracking endorsement and approval processes. Experience using Content Manager is highly desirable.
* Assist in the preparation, quality checking and distribution of governance papers, meeting packs, minutes and associated records in accordance with records and information management requirements.

* High-level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, accurate and professional documentation.
* The ability to manage competing priorities, track actions and deliver tasks within tight and changing timeframes.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing expectations and proactively adjust approach to meet new requirements.
* A proactive and accountable approach to meeting objectives, recognising issues early and following through on actions.
* Experience in a government project or program environment, including exposure to governance processes, records management and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
