* Site management services encompass the coordination and oversight of site-specific corporate property and accommodation services.
* Employee lifecycle processes include workstation allocation, equipment management, and building pass administration.
* Collaborative efforts with internal teams ensure efficient resolution of site-related issues and maintain a positive working environment.
* Input is provided to and support is offered for the development and implementation of Work Health and Safety policies, emergency management plans, business continuity plans, and compliance.
* Inclusive workplaces are promoted by recognising and valuing diversity.
Requirements:
* A proactive and organised individual capable of collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement of site operations.
* Ability to onboard and offboard staff, manage local accommodation plans, and be involved in WHS and emergency management at the sites.
