Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day client management, acting as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of corporate and consumer accounts
* Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and our integrated communications approach
* Drive proactive media relations, including identifying news angles, crafting compelling pitches, securing coverage and nurturing relationships with key journalists
* Prepare high-quality content, such as briefing documents, media releases and pitches, thought leadership articles, award submissions, speaking applications and social media content
* Manage media opportunities end-to-end, from drafting commentary to coordinating interviews and ensuring clients are fully prepared
* Monitor media, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing timely insights and strategic recommendations to clients
* Support crisis and issues management, assisting in the development of reactive statements and rapid response strategies
* Coordinate campaign activity, including project timelines, internal briefs, approvals, reporting and post-campaign evaluation
* Build strong relationships internally, collaborating with Taurus consultants, creatives and leadership to deliver integrated outcomes
* Contribute to new business, including research, proposal development, case studies, and participating in pitches
* Champion Taurus values, ensuring exceptional service, attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach in every client interaction
Preferred Experience
* 2+ years of experience in a PR agency
* B2B and/or B2C PR experience
* Demonstrated experience in generating campaign ideas and results
* A flair for writing
