We're looking for an experienced and proactive professional to drive growth in the Commercial and Specialist Retail sectors.
You'll be a key player in our sales team, with a dual focus on expanding our business.
Your primary mission will be to hunt down new opportunities by building strong relationships with key commercial players—think architects, builders, and developers.
You'll partner with our customers to track projects, create winning proposals, and close new contracts.
Your secondary focus will be on our Specialist Retail sector.
You'll work with our existing resellers and identify new opportunities to expand this crucial part of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include: Initiating professional relationships with the customers, developers and architects.
Communicating with customers on status of quotations and any upcoming projects.
Service customer queries, complaints and service requirements.
Liaising on upcoming deliveries to customers - confirming models and quantities with the National Project Co-ordinator to ensure supply as requested.
Maintaining detailed records of customers' history and visits and reporting the required information.
Implementing a call cycle according to your customer base to ensure coverage of key customers, developers, architects.
Developing and maintaining sound product, industry and market knowledge.
Meeting required sales, margin and budget targets.
Training relevant staff within the Specialist Retail network to ensure they are knowledgeable and motivated to promote our range of products.
To be successful in this role you will be expected to demonstrate: A proven track record of performance in Sales and/or Account Management within the Home Appliances or a similar market within the commercial sector.
Ability to extract, comprehend and apply market data from various industry databases, such as Cordell, BCI etc Strong presentation and communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Previous experience working within a Commercial Sales or Relationship Management role will be essential to your success, and although not critical previous experience within the home appliance industry will be highly regarded.A salary commensurate with the responsibilities is offered along with the tools required to succeed in this exciting and competitive industry.
