CUSTOMER AND DIGITAL LEAD ARCHITECT
Are you an experienced enterprise architect with a strong background in program-level digital strategy, integration, and delivery? We are currently seeking a Customer and Digital Lead Architect to take on a pivotal leadership role supporting a large-scale transformation program.
This is an initial 12-month contract opportunity offering a challenging and rewarding environment where you'll guide architectural strategy and drive outcomes aligned with enterprise standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the evaluation of digital technologies, platforms, and integration models to support program delivery
* Collaborate with solution architects across multiple workstreams to ensure program and enterprise alignment
* Design and document architectural dependencies, integrations, and cross-functional decisions
* Develop business, data, application, and technology architectures aligned with enterprise frameworks (TOGAF)
* Represent architectural decisions through governance forums and engage senior stakeholders
* Guide the alignment of digital initiatives to business outcomes and future-state planning
* Review vendor solution designs and ensure compliance with security and service management principles
ABOUT YOU:
* 15+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or program architecture within complex ICT environments
* Strong familiarity with TOGAF and ability to produce architecture artefacts across all domains
* Proven ability to deliver strategies, roadmaps, and transition architectures in fast-paced program settings
* Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with customer engagement technologies such as Dynamics 365, digital identity solutions (e.g. MyID), Azure, Power Platform, and ERP systems like SAP (highly regarded)
