The Role
This autonomous role offers complete ownership of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance appraisals within your region.
You will partner with line managers to achieve business goals, develop workforce plans, and foster a positive work environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
* Partner with leaders to create a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Manage employee relations issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
* Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement.
You Will Need
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
* At least five years of experience in HR.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
