About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage claim lodgements for make safes, quotes, and reports.
* Schedule site attendances and co-ordinate contractors for repairs on small value claims.
* Handle incoming calls and inquiries, offering assistance or redirecting as needed.
* Arrange contractors for emergency or temporary repairs.
* Respond to client queries and provide regular updates on the status of repairs.
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Achieve set business KPIs
What We're Looking For
* Proven customer service experience (essential)
* Experience in insurance or building industry (essential)
* Professional phone manner and reliability
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
* Team player with a willingness to learn
