Customer Service Team Leader Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate the team to provide high-level customer service
* Make informed decisions to resolve service problems and complaints
* Oversee order processing and manage customer expectations
* Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints, escalating when necessary
* Perform data analysis and report writing tasks
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a customer service team leader or 2IC in a similar industry
* Leadership experience in a corporate environment
* 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain environment
* SAP experience preferred
* High attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Strong communication skills
* Excel skills
