Scheduler or Senior Scheduler
KBR is experiencing continued growth across major defence, transport, water, and energy programs and is seeking a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler to join our Adelaide‐based Project Controls team.
You'll support project planning and delivery by developing, maintaining, and analysing schedules across complex, multi‐disciplinary programs. Responsibility will be aligned to your experience, with Senior Schedulers taking greater ownership of schedule delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules
* Analyse schedule performance including critical path, float, and progress trends
* Support monthly reporting and Project Status Reports
* Apply schedule risk analysis, contingency planning, and scenario modelling
* Build and manage resource‐loaded schedules and profiles
* Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams
* Conduct schedule integrity checks and ensure alignment with controls standards
What You'll Bring
* Degree‐qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Scheduler: 3–5+ years' experience
* Senior Scheduler: 8+ years' experience
* Strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project experience
* Advanced Excel skills (Power BI highly regarded)
* Strong communication and time‐management skills.
* Security Clearance: Holding or being eligible for Baseline/NV1 security clearance is advantageous for defence projects but not required for non‐defence work.
