Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Lead Artist to define the artistic style of game environments and props, and produce environment concept design templates, guidelines, and standards.
2. Create high-quality concept art for in-game environments, scenes, and assets based on different themes and visual styles.
3. Demonstrate strong imagination and creativity, with a solid understanding of environment design for card and board-style games.
4. Work closely with development teams across the pipeline to communicate, refine, and follow through on the final in-game presentation of environment assets.
Requirements
1. Passionate about games, with 3+ years of experience in game development; strong awareness of player experience and the ability to support product optimization through art design.
2. Solid foundation in drawing and visual fundamentals, with strong skills in form, composition, color, and a high level of aesthetic judgment and creativity.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of accurately understanding design requirements and delivering work efficiently.
4. Proficient in Photoshop and other mainstream digital painting tools; strong understanding of the full production pipeline from 2D concept art to 3D environment implementation.
5. Proficient in using AI-assisted tools, with curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

* Experience with 3D environment design or modeling.
