About the Role:
You will play a vital part in ensuring optimal production efficiency and smooth plant operations within the Electrical team.
* Minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
* Identifying opportunities for plant improvements and automation.
* Managing project work, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Interpret technical drawings.
* Performing manual soldering/desoldering – electrical/electronic components
* Performing breakdown repairs and troubleshooting plant issues.
* Conducting routine preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment.
About You:
Contributing to a dynamic team where every day brings new challenges and rewarding opportunities, you will bring:
* An Australian Electrical Trade qualification along with experience in the manufacturing industry.
* FMCG industry experience is preferred however not essential.
Knowledge and experience with PLC systems.
* Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
* Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
