Responsibilities
As a Cablebolt Operator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining ground stability and supporting safe underground development and production. You'll work with modern equipment, strong systems, and a team that takes pride in doing the job right.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate cablebolting equipment safely and efficiently
* Install ground support in line with geotechnical and site plans
* Complete pre starts, inspections, and basic maintenance
* Collaborate with development, production, and geotechnical teams
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with safety systems
* Actively contribute to a positive, safety driven team culture
Qualifications
You're an experienced underground professional who values safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
* Previous experience as a Cablebolt Operator (essential)
* Underground hard rock mining experience
* Strong safety mindset and attention to ground support standards
* Comfortable working a rotating days/nights even‐time roster
* Valid driver's licence and relevant mining competencies
* High quality camp with ensuite rooms
