Key Qualifications & Experience
For this role, we are seeking an individual with a Certificate III or IV in Disability, as well as relevant qualifications and experience. A minimum of 6 months' experience in disability work or certification process is required. Possessing skills in SIL supports and Positive Behavior Support is advantageous.
Essential certifications include NDIS worker Orientation Module, assisting clients with medication, diabetes management, infection control, first aid, and CPR. Additionally, a Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS Endorsement and a valid driver's license with insured vehicle are necessary. Cultural awareness is mandatory.

This role involves providing person-centered assistance, promoting independence, inclusion, and skill development. The successful candidate will work within the NDIS Code of Conduct, supporting Independent Living, and contributing to team productivity.
