What You Will Learn:
* Install, maintain and repair a variety of flooring types (e.g., timber, vinyl, carpet, tile and hybrid flooring)
* Read and interpret flooring plans, drawings and specifications
* Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure safe work environments
* Prepare subfloors, measure and cut materials accurately, and use specialised tools and equipment
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members and supervisors
* Develop problem‐solving skills essential for complex flooring tasks

Requirements:
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to work flexible hours as required
