We are currently seeking a New Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Southgate GWM. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vehicle sales process and for creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customers
* Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models
* Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers
* Taking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork
* Preparing the vehicle for delivery, including booking fitment of aftermarket products and accessories
* Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge
* Maintaining a high level of customer service so that GWM Customer Service Index Benchmarks are surpassed at all times.
